We began collecting stamps from all over the world in 1966. Due to its incredible history, in 1974 we specialized on Mexico’s stamps and by 1980 we spent most of our time studying the definitive series Mexico Exporta and Arquitectura, then Turistico and Conserva, and now Creacion Popular. In 1999 we created etiangui.com.mx with the purpose of extending our relations and actively participating in the philatelic investigation and share our studies with the rest of the community. The word tiangui comes from the Nahuatl “tianquiztli”, which means fair or market, where the Aztects reunited to exchange their goods. Today, we pretend to accomplish the same with the help of the Internet. On 2002, we were able to start our most challenging project: the specialized albums of Mexico Exporta (2003), Arquitectura (2004) and recently Cronologia Filatelica de Mexico (2005 , 2008). Our albums also pretend to serve as detailed catalogs of those series and facilitate all the stamp’s identification work, relating with the Scott, Michel and Celis catalogs. As of today, our website contains complete catalogs of the Mexico Exporta and Arquitectura series plus a Download section where you can obtain free updates of our Mexico stamps studies. We invite you to get in touch with us; we guarantee you a personalized service and attention.
