My Dolly Dearest is a store dedicated to the sale of dolls, bears, and accessories, from antique to contemporary. Here you will find anything from modern dolls to Jumeaus....Boyds bears to vintage Steiff. You can also find both vintage and modern clothing, shoes, supplies, etc. for your dolls and bears. The shop is located in quaint Stoudtburg Village in Adamstown, PA. It is next to The Black Angus Antique Mall which is on a five mile stretch of antiques shops, flea markets, and co-ops nationally known as The Antiques Capital of the U.S.A. The shop is amidst a cluster of German style homes mimicing the homes of Germany years ago, where the shopkeepers had their stores on the first floor and lived above it. The shop is relatively small, but boasts a rather large inventory of Madame Alexander, Vogue Ginny, Steiff, Robert Tonner, Georgene, Raggady Ann and Andy, and many other well-known brand names as well as antique dolls such as Kestner, Armand Marseille, Handwerck, Jumeau, chinaheads, and others.
