We have been experiencing significant problems with Royal Mail for much of 2007, especially during the recent industrial action. In addition to a small number of permanently missing parcels, dozens of our shipments are taking days and even weeks longer to arrive than expected compared to First Class post. Understandably this leads to anxious customers and additional workload and costs to us as we attempt to correct something over which we have no control.
